Absolutely fantastic stay! From the warm welcome at check-in to the luxurious amenities in our room, every detail was carefully thought out. The impeccable service, staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile, and delectable dining options truly exceeded our expectations and made our experience even more memorable.

Truly deserves to be in Asia’s top 50. Thanks to the amazing hotel team! Our stay was beyond incredible - from the warm welcome to the little details that made us feel extremely happy. Your care and attention didn't go unnoticed, and it made our experience truly special. It's safe to say this was one of our best hotel stays ever. We can't wait to return and relive the magic!

Amazing experience with awesome view and Hospitality!! Will like to specially mention Chef Ashish Kandwal who went out of the way to serve us vegetarian options during Christmas gala dinner when the dinner options were mostly non vegetarian at that particular given day!! Lovely Live music facility they have 👍. All the staff is really well behaved, kind, laborious, helpful, friendly and professional right from the waiters to the chefs and everyone. The kid play zone is a boon for the parents. And the handler of the play zone - Ms. Reena was also very sweet with the kids.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything about the hotel, staff and experience was perfect - the views from the hotel over the Himalayas are absolutely stunning, the hotel facilities (pool, spa, dining areas, fitness studio etc.) are breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special (with complimentary yoga, music and cake and balloons in the room for my husband's birthday). Shout out to Ankita who welcomed us with the most friendly smile and was an absolute delight throughout our whole stay. Could not recommend more!

Despite the stunning view, our stay at the 5-star hotel proved disappointing. The cost of games and the lack of nearby entertainment options, compounded by the 30 km distance from the city, diminished the overall value. Winter limitations on outdoor activities made the paid gaming zone especially pool table, air hockey , foosball etc are chargeable which is always free in all 5 star hotels a significant drawback. Unable to justify the expense and with no complimentary amenities, we checked out after just one night of our three-night booking. The manager's disappointing hospitality further added to the unsatisfactory experience, emphasizing the need for improved customer service in this otherwise upscale establishment.

Excellent property, loved the rooms. Stay was very comfortable, lavish breakfast spread. Most of all appreciate the hospitality of the staff the most, the service was absolutely outstanding and the staff took all efforts to make our stay fun and memorable! Amazing experience.

Home away from home if one sentence was to capture our feeling. We experienced one of the hospitality throughout our stay which gave us a complete homely feeling. the property has different restaurants like akasa, toya, pebbles and oasis however our experience was splendid across them all. special shout out to some of the staff viz. chef Gulshan (who used to take care of us serving the ghadwali cuisine every time of the day starting from breakfast till dinner), Priyanka (who made us feel homely with an all time smile), vikas kala(housekeeping staff) there were many more other associated staff who went out of their way. Different events/ activities are available a daily basis like bowling in the premises, high tea time with live soothing music, Ganga aarti, tambola, separate kids area. ghadwali thali is a must try (need to book in advance) they also have ghadwali food for breakfast which is yummy as well situated high a top the mountains reasonably far away from hustle bustle of rishikesh town this is easily one of our most memorable stay and would highly recommend this property is one is looking for a pampered holiday option.
